- 2 Mangos (approx. 2 cups) diced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
- 3 Tbsp red onion finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro minced, or to taste
- 1 Tbsp jalapeno minced, optional
- 1/2 lime
- pinch sea salt to taste
- Prep all your ingredients, except lime and salt, and add to a medium sized mixing bowl.
- Add 1/4 tsp of sea salt and generous squeeze of lime juice. Stir together and taste. Season to taste! We like lots of lime juice in ours!
