Mango Salsa


  • 2 Mangos (approx. 2 cups) diced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 3 Tbsp red onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro minced, or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp jalapeno minced, optional
  • 1/2 lime
  • pinch sea salt to taste


  • Prep all your ingredients, except lime and salt, and add to a medium sized mixing bowl. 
  • Add 1/4 tsp of sea salt and generous squeeze of lime juice. Stir together and taste. Season to taste! We like lots of lime juice in ours!
