Diced tomatoes, green beans, onion, peas, kale, carrots, zucchini, celery, dry bean mix, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, spices

Step by Step

Instructions

Step One

Defrost both bags in the refrigerator. Pour contents of main entree bag into the slow cooker along with the full container of vegetable broth. (Save bag #2 for later)

Add 1 cup of warm water to the emptied bag, then shake and pour into the crock to gather up all the extra spices.

 

Step Two

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

During the last hour, add contents of bag #2

Step Three

For pasta: Cook pasta separately and add to individual bowls of soup.

Store cooked pasta and leftover soup separately, so the pasta doesn’t get soggy
