Instructions

Step One

Defrost both bags in the refrigerator. Pour contents of this bag into the slow cooker along with the full container of vegetable broth. (Save bag #2 for later)

Add a splash of warm water to the emptied bag, then shake and pour into the crock to gather up all the extra spices.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4hours.During the last hour, add contents of bag #2.

Step Two

For pasta: Cook pasta separately and add to individual bowls of soup.

Store cooked pasta and leftover soup separately, so the pasta doesn’t get soggy.

Note: you may add an additional 1 cup of water for a larger batch of soup.
