Your meat, sauce and veggies will be frozen, so you can store the kit until you’re ready to use it. Simply defrost all packages, then follow our simple cooking instructions. Serve over brown rice, quinoa, cauliflower rice, zucchini noodles or rice noodles.

Each kit comes with:
- 1.5 lbs thin slice local beef
- Mixed stir fry veggies (broccoli, snap peas, red bell pepper, yellow & orange carrots)**
- house-made stir fry simmer sauce (choose your flavor from the drop down menu above)

Step by Step
Season the Beef
For best results, spread the beef out on a tray or pan, season it well with salt and pepper, then and allow it warm slightly to room temperature (about 30 minutes)
Saute the Veggies
Strain any liquid from the bag. Heat a large non stick saute pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon oil. Add veggies, gently toss in the oil, and spread them evenly in the pan. For best results, use a large enough pan the veggies are spread evenly, or work in batches. Be sure to cook the veggies all the way through, until slightly crispy. This takes approximately 10-15 minutes. Keep an eye on them and turn every few minutes.They take the longest to cook, and taste best if you give them time to cook through and crisp up
While the veggies are cooking
In a separate saute pan, cook the beef over medium-high heat in oil, until cooked through and lightly browned, approximately 3-5 minutes.
For best results, work in two batches so that the meat can cook evenly.
If liquid builds up, drain it out so the meat continues to sear on all sides.
Once the meat is cooked, remove it from the pan, reduce the heat to low and add the simmer sauce directly to the pan (shake it well first). Simmer very gently (low heat) for approximately 1-2 minutes, until thickened. Stir often, and be careful not to over cook it.
Toss it all together
Add vegetables & meat to the pan with the sauce and toss everything together
Serve over rice or toss with noodles.
Top with sesame seeds, crushed peanuts or cashews, fresh cilantro, beans sprouts, sliced green onions, fresh shredded veggies or any of your favorite toppings!
